brush 23 is a natural goat hair pencil brush with a tapered, rounded tip and dense bristle packing in an ultra-compact head. the ferrule is standard metal and the handle is matte black at a shorter-than-full-length size. it is noticeably smaller than brush 03, making it the smallest pencil-style brush in the rephr lineup. white bristles come to a fine point that holds its shape through regular washing.
