Shipping

All brushes are made in Japan and imported to our warehouses in the US and EU.

Domestic US

Standard domestic US orders ship via USPS first-class and generally take between 3-5 business days to arrive. Tracking links will be issued via email once your order has been shipped.

Standard shipping ($9.99) is waived for orders over $35 USD.

Express shipping ($20) is available as a $15 upgrade during checkout.

Europe & UK

Customers in the EU & UK will be served by our warehouse in Austria, where brushes have been pre-cleared so you don't have to deal with customs. In some cases when VAT, duties & taxes apply, they will be automatically included in the prices.

Standard shipping generally takes 6-10 business days, but please allow up to 15 business days due to delays with carriers.

Standard shipping ($11.99) is waived for orders over $50 USD.

Express shipping ($25) via DHL Express is available as a $15 upgrade at checkout.

Canada

Standard Canadian orders ship via Canada Post ExpressPost and generally take between 2-5 business days to arrive. Tracking links will be issued via email once your order has been shipped.

Standard shipping ($11.99) is waived for orders over $50 USD.

Express shipping ($25) is available as a $15 upgrade during checkout.

Australia & New Zealand

Orders will ship using DHL. Once your package has been prepared, DHL picks up from our warehouse and forwards it to a facility in NY where it will then wait for a plane to depart to your country. Once the package arrives in your country, it will be then be passed on to a local postal network for final delivery to your address. For DHL Express orders, DHL will pick up and deliver within 5 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 6-10 business days.

Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, South Korea & Japan

For DHL Express orders, DHL will pick up and deliver within 5 business days. Standard shipping generally takes 6-14 business days.

Rest of the world

Due to extended delivery timelines for low cost carrier options, we are only offering express shipping service at this time for all international destinations not listed above.

Express shipping ($25) is waived for orders over $150 USD.*

*Please note that due to carrier restrictions, we're currently unable to ship to Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Mexico, Turkey and Israel.

Lost & Delayed Orders

Please note that in some cases, international orders that are not shipped via express may take up to 1 month to arrive due to delays. If you still have not received your package 1 month after receiving a tracking link, please reach out to team@rephr.com so we can assist with locating or reshipping the package.
