brush 03 is a fine-pointed pencil brush made with natural goat hair in a tapered dome shape. the bristles are densely packed yet maintain flexibility at the tip. it features a lightweight matte black handle that is shorter than standard brushes. the brush head is smaller than typical pencil brushes, sitting between brush 23 and brush 26 in the rephr lineup.
