brush 03 is a natural goat hair pencil brush with a fine, tapered dome shape and densely packed bristles. the brush head is compact and smaller than standard pencil brushes, with white bristles set in a lightweight matte black handle. it sits between brush 23 (smaller) and brush 26 (larger) in the rephr pencil brush lineup.
