All brushes are made in Japan and imported to our warehouses in the US and EU.

Europe & UK

Customers in the EU & UK will be served by our warehouse in Austria, where brushes have been pre-cleared so you don't have to deal with customs. in some cases when VAT, duties & taxes apply, they will be automatically included in the prices.

Standard shipping generally takes 6-10 business days, but please allow up to 1 month due to the pandemic.

Standard shipping ($10.00) is waived for orders over $50 USD.

Express shipping ($20.00) via DHL Express is available as a $10.00 upgrade at checkout.

Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong & Israel

Orders will ship using either DHL or UPS. Once your package has been prepared, DHL/UPS picks up from our warehouse and forwards it to a facility in NY where it will then wait for a plane to depart to your country. Once the package arrives in your country, it will be then be passed on to local postal network for final delivery to your address.

Due to COVID-19, we've seen slowdowns with most local postal providers such as Canada Post and Australia Post. While standard shipping generally takes 5-10 business days, please allow up to 4 weeks at this time.

Standard shipping ($10.00) is complimentary for orders over $50 USD.

Express shipping ($20.00) is available as a $10.00 upgrade at checkout.

Rest of the world

Due to COVID-19, we can only ship via express service at this time for all other international destinations.

Express shipping ($25.00) is waived for orders over $150.00 USD.

Domestic US

Standard domestic US orders ship via USPS first-class and generally take between 3-5 business days to arrive.

Tracking links will be issued via email once your order has been shipped.

Standard shipping ($4.99) is waived for orders over $50 USD.

Express shipping ($15.00) is also available via UPS 2-day service during checkout.


Lost & Delayed Orders

Please note that in some cases, international orders that are not shipped via express may take up to 1 month to arrive due to delays. If you still have not received your package 1 month after receiving a tracking link, please reach out to team@rephr.com so we can assist with locating or reshipping the package.
